Ok. I'm finally gonna get off my bloody arse and announce the second PPG OC tournament!!!

anyways, the rules are this.

The Powrpuff OC Tournament is where PPG fancharacters face off in a battle with other PPG fancahracters to decide who is the best fighter!!

So it's gonna be like this.

A contestant can draw a picture, a comic, or write a fanfiction of their character facing ff and fighting another character.

The entries will be judged according on Quality and Originality.

Also, the contestants will need to be in character or close to in-character as possible.

If you wanna be a part of this and participate, just let me know and I'll post more specific rules.

So there needs to be at least.

10 contestants (there can be more)
4 judges
volunteers for prize givings.
